Juneteenth – also known as Freedom Day, Jubilee Day, Liberation Day, and Emancipation Day recognizes the final freedom of those in bondage. Last year with sincere reverence and respect, our organization selected Juneteenth as the day we announced our presence to the world!

About the event
Our nonprofit announced our presence to the central Florida community on Friday, June 19th, 2020. Despite bondage being "over", we selected this date to recognize that we have more work to do as a community to create true freedom, especially healthcare systems free of bias and discrimination.
